2- Are your pictures of your actual products?

Yes, our pictures are 100% real professional pictures. As you can see we took pictures from all angles in order for you to know exactly what you get. You won't find our pictures anywhere else on the internet.

3- How close to the originals are your replicas?

The quality of replicas has improved a lot in recent years. I will tell you this: Our watches can fool professional jewelers. Special tests are needed in order to distinguish our replicas from the originals. If it's not clear from the pictures it will be when you see it in person.

4- Do all your watches have the exact markings and engravings of the originals?

We have included all the serial numbers exactly like the original as follows:
Serial number on the band, serial number between the lugs at 12 o'clock on the watch case (you have to take the band out to see this), model number between the lugs at 6 o'clock on the watch case (you have to take the band out to see this). Only on high quality replicas will you find all these markings exactly like the original.

5- Is the glass real sapphire crystal?

Yes all our watches have real sapphire crystal. Don't be fool by ordinary glass or plastic glass. A good replica WILL HAVE THIS. If it doesn't, it's not worth the money.

6- Is the watch full solid stainless steel?

Yes, all our watches are full solid stainless steel. This is very important as cheap steel will deteriorate over time. If a replica is light weight that's a dead give away that it is not solid steel. Our watches have the weight of sturdy, quality steel.

7- Does the watch have screws in the links, or pins?

Most replicas have watch links which are linked by cheap pins that must be hammered out just to adjust the links. Pay attention also for pins that are folded, and made to resemble screws. Solidly built, high quality replicas should have THREADED SCREWS in the links, NOT PINS - exactly as per genuine Rolexes. These can be neatly removed with a small screwdriver to adjust for band size.

8- What is your refund / return policy?

9- What about your warranty?

If you have any problem with the watch send it back and we will take care of your particular needs. Please contact us before shipping it to us. Allow up to 2 weeks for return shipment of your watch or replacement from when we receive it.
